Ali Ahmed Al Kindi Al Marar, a poet and historian who hails from a family of poets.
He has notable books in the field of history and poetry like "Al-Dhafra in the Writings of Travellers and Historians" and provided insights into the poem "Loyalty to the judge of Al Dhafra, Sheikh Ali bin Salem Al Marar".
His poems were recorded and sung, often to the tune of the Rababah.
